iBuildApp provides a set of mobile maintenance management solutions which includes Work Order Tracking, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management, Inventory Tracking, Order Management, Scheduling, and Maintenance Request App – all available by simply using a phone and google spreadsheet in a computer. The Maintenance Service Request App is primarily used by non-technicians who needs maintenance on the go.
Maintenance Service Request App has features like:
- Location of Unit/Asset
- Items needing repair
- Needed By (immediate for example)
- Description
- Option to submit a picture of the broken item
